The Pilates Village Studio is entirely equipment-based; we utilise the use of the Reformer, Cadillac, Tower Unit, Wunda Chair, and Barrels in ALL our Appointment-based sessions.
Group Studio - Maximum of 4 participants; we prioritise Pilates principles, involving the entire body in equipment-based workouts. Participants actively engage in personalised programs, with attention to individual considerations.
Private Pilates - The perfect way to refine your Pilates practice! These sessions are customised to your unique body, addressing specific movement goals from injury rehabilitation* to elite conditioning and everything in between.
Shared Privates - Individuals receive tailored instruction while sharing a teacher. Maximum of 2 participants. This option bridges the gap between Private sessions and Group Studio.
*Pilates for Rehabilitation is designed in collaboration with allied health practitioners, focusing on individual rehabilitation needs.

Mat Pilates - Discover the benefits of Pilates Matwork, where classes emphasise breath and flow, utilising body weight and small apparatus* for resistance to enhance body awareness, strength, flexibility, and tone. Coming soon!
Reformer Pilates - Using the Reformer and small apparatus* these classes flow with synchronised movements and utilise spring load to challenge. Maximum of 5 participants.
Tower Pilates - Experience the unique blend of Cadillac and Mat Pilates exercises, designed for a faster, collaborative flow with each participant working together. Maximum of 5 participants.

Every studio client at Pilates Village must begin with an Initial Consultation (IC), a private session designed to gather essential information about the client. This step is crucial regardless of prior experience.
Every new client at The Pilates Village needs to complete a Pre-Exercise Screening form before participating in our Classes. Ensuring client safety and safe exercise practices.
