Meet Sally Derbyshire.
Sally boasts an impressive 25-year career as a Pilates Practitioner, having served clients in prominent locations such as Melbourne, Sydney, London, and Bangkok. Her affinity for Pilates stems from her background as a professional athlete, where she recognised its value as a physical challenge and for aiding injury rehabilitation.
Sally holds notable qualifications, including an Advanced Diploma of The Pilates Method, distinguished expertise as a Body Control Pilates Master Trainer, completion of the APEI Classical Pilates Bridging Program, and the esteemed status of a PAA Principal Member. Additionally, Sally has a significant role as a Faculty Educator for National Pilates Training.
Drawing upon her experience as a former ballet student at the Australian Ballet School and her four-year tenure as a professional dancer with the English National Ballet, Sally underscores the significance of maintaining physical fitness, particularly as a mother of two boys. Her appreciation for Pilates extends to its disciplined approach, which transforms movement and facilitates positive physical changes across diverse body types.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Sally enjoys her morning coffee, indulges in a glass of champagne, and appreciates a good craft beer. A noteworthy fun fact about Sally is her ability to perform the Dirty Dancing Lift, adding a touch of lightheartedness to her impressive professional profile.

Meet Megan Lee.
Megan first encountered Pilates 23 years ago, following the birth of her first child, when she received sessions as a gift. Since then, she has been an avid practitioner of Pilates. Motivated by her profound appreciation for the discipline, Megan embarked on the journey to become a certified instructor, seeking a more comprehensive understanding of the practice.
Her passion for Pilates grew after the birth of her first child, offering her a valuable opportunity for self-reflection and postpartum body recovery. Megan holds several qualifications, including an Associate Diploma in Performing Arts, a Bachelor of Education, and a Diploma and an Advanced Diploma in The Pilates Method. As a PAA-qualified Professional Pilates Practitioner, she brings a wealth of experience to her role.
With a distinguished 30-year career as a Primary School teacher in Wagga Wagga, London, and Sydney, Megan has demonstrated her commitment to education. Beyond her professional life, she enjoys entertaining, has successfully raised two boys, explored the world alongside her husband, and harbours a passion for travel.
An enthusiast of Performing Arts and 80s music, Megan's lighthearted, playful nature is evident in her love of being silly. Her multifaceted interests and extensive experience contribute to the depth of her character as both a Pilates Practitioner and an individual.
